Screensaver / XP / wireless mouse / outrage!
Hi
Right, here's the deal.
I'm using an XP machine with a microsoft wireless mouse and the screensaver won't work. If I unplug the receiver, USB, the screensaver works. If I plug the receiver in via the green adaptor jobby (PS2?), the mouse won't work, the receiver won't even light up.
Can I change / tweak / download or hit anything to get my screensaver to work?
Ta

If its plugged into the PS2 port (green jobby) you need to reboot the computer before it picks it up. Ive never heard of a mouse interfering with a screensave before though lol

Also its not recommended to remove the mouse connector while the PC is booted or plug it in.
Most wireless mice need "waking" either by pressing a button on the mouse.
