"Paranoid" question re Pay As You Go Mobile
Is there ANY way that someone could find out the following if they set their mind to it.?
1) Listing of calls to an from a “pay as you go” Mobile phone
2) Same question with regard to outgoing or incoming SMS
I have a somewhat “paranoid” lady friend who is worried sick that her ex could do one or both of the above.

Yes it is possible, but you will need something to override the data protection act as the information will be held by the mobile phone company (billing), but thats the only way.

we got calls in and out inc sms (I think) when we were scammed by one of those 'subscription' text things from a wedding show. £1.50 a text and because my wife never used her mobile much and you dont get bills we didnt realise. She just kept deleting them and thinking nothing of it. £50 later..... Orange were less than helpful but they did send a list of the last 'n' months.
