Pop-ups when not using IE
Since clicking on a link posted elsewhere on this site I've had a problem with pop-ups appearing randomly while connected. I don't even need to be using IE for this to happen.
I've scanned using Norton, Spy-bot, Ad-Aware and XoftSpySE. Several items were removed but the pop-ups continue. The only item that was picked up andt has not been removed is "Win32.agent.pz" - a Trojan apparantly. Spy-bot picks up a registry entry, "deletes" it but it is always there again next time I scan. I'm not sure, however, if it is this that is causing the pop-up problem.
Any suggestions?
Thanks for any help.
