have been looking forward to it since it was announced, being a massive fan of the orignal i thought this one HAS to be better.
playing the first mission bored me to death!! the graphics are certainly not next gen, characters are poor and slow and the destruction is no where near as satisfying or as fun as battlefield bad company, my character couldnt even run through a bush next to a building
i feel lucky though as i was going to go out today and buy it but luckily the game arrived from swapgame rental place this morning
i would deffo recommend u rent it before buying, or just buy bad company, a hundred times better

But Bad Company is a completely different game type.
Yes i agree that the 'can't run through bushes' is a bit poor.
Enemy AI is a bit odd at sometimes

i've played it through about 43% and you get plenty of mental destruction.
Picking up a mate in his tank whilst i'm flying a chopper and he is still firing blowing the crap out of stuff is awesome.
Airstrikes, artillery barrages ,cluster bombs do make a serious mess of most things.

got it on the 360 ... ok game fun co op on live but i agree not a great game and not as good as merc 1 which is very sad. could have done better

bad company is actually pretty dam good imo

the demos were crap, the full game is loads better, just finished the single player campaign yesterday, the ai is crap, but the banter between the 4 main characters is amusing.

multiplayer is awesome

definatly! i thought it was goin to be great but the demo proved me wrong i just cant wait for far cry 2, bioshock and fallout 3, they SHOULD be amazing!
