Trying to watch a vid (windows Media Player) its saying error downloading codec, but it I dont get any other messages. What codec do I need ???? sorry i know thers not a lot of info but thats all I have any help would appricated cheers

 

download klite codec pack that will sort it.

you need a G-Spot mate

G-Spot takes any media file and tells you exactly what codecs you need for it

 

Also be careful not to put too many of the same CODEC on as this can cause trouble as well.
Had issues in the past with too many XVID CODECS.
