Could you tell me what PlayBoy says in the phone conversation afterwards?
I fell down a ladder and it cut the call off mid conversation
PlayBoy disappeared from my map straight after and I didn't gain a new safe house or anything, yet my mate who killed PlayBoy was given his apartment as a safe house and now has another one on the 3rd island too. I'm still stuck with the slum one and the one just round the corner of the 360 dealership. I'm 66% through the story as well!?!?

I killed Playboy and 'inherited' his posh penthouse (replete with roof top hot tub)

I did some missions for Dwayne, then got sidetracked with someone else.

Something along the lines of... can't believe you'd do that he taught me everything I know etc, and he doesn't want to know you anymore (it's been a while since I did that one, but sure it was that)

My work mate killed playboy and (like you say) got his nice apartment..

yea dwayne lets you ring him up and he sends a few goons around to ride in the car with you like the old GTA games

never used his "powers" myself

infact the only ones i used were jacobs guns and romans taxis!
