good free downladable game to test my new pc

Any suggestions?

any type of game, even demos but pref full editions.

pc is vista ultimate, qua core 2 2.4ghz, 4gb 800mhz ram, 512 graphics, 22inch w/s monitor

your having a laugh aren't you. with that spec, he will get about 5fps. dracoro i am not slagging your rig but i don't feel crysis is a good demo for machines, i should know i have a similar spec. 8gb ram doesnt even help that much. poor old pc just runs out of puff at higher resolutions.

Rubbish, I can run Crysis @ 1280X1024 on high settings on an E8500 core2duo n 8800GT with fps in the 40s.

Crysis runs fine on my X2 4200 with 2Gb of RAM and 640Mb nVidia 8800GTS graphics card, so providing the '512 graphics' is up to the job, it should run it.
