Default SIAL: Best Broadband currently pls???

Sorry guys, I know this may have been done to death but as some of you may have seen on NSR, I'm coming back to the UK after 3 years in Spain. I am renting a house and need to have good reliable unlimited Broadband (I'm an SEO Consultant and need access 24/7). I spoke with BT yesterday but I was transferred to 6 different people and kept on the line for an hour and 15 minutes with no outcome (they were bad and they've obviously gotten worse!)

Any suggestions would be gratefully received. I previously used Pipex whose technology was reliable but not their customer service. Sky can't help as our new property can't reach the full download speeds, though all agree we are looking at a 2Mb ish sort of connection.

Thanks!

You need a business account in order to keep the connection solid and unmanaged.

I mean my VM connection is spot on never fails but ... obviously its luck of the draw... 0845 454 0000

zen for me too. They're absolutely brilliant, and the support even know what they're talking about!

Been with them for four years now and I'm *not* looking to switch, even if they're a little bit more expensive than the others.

Virgin Media here, you just can't beat cable internet. Never had to call support as I don't have issues. I always find it a bit funny when people praise a product because support were great, I mean, if it was that good you wouldn't have to call them.

10mb £12.50 a month and was free for a year!

Zen for me too. No idea if the support is any good as I've never needed to call them Its been faultless in the years I've been with them.

I would recommend Zen as well. I was with them for years and only swapped because BeThere came to my exchange and I can't fault them either.

That'll be for their 24 mbb LLU service. You may have to call them.

Thanks guys, some good advice there. I will try Zen to see if they can do what I need. As for bethere...I definitely selected the lower stream version, upto 8Mb I think it was, but if zen can't help, maybe I will call bethere.

Thanks again.
