Wireless Penetration testing
Anyone done any, and typically what does it involve
eg, if using WPA 2 Encryption, mac address filtering and radius and secure encryption from Access Points to Managed Wireless controller what kind of things would be tested, and what kind of weaknesses could be identified ?

There are quite a few resources for doing this, but all appear to be Linux based. There is some XP software for doing this, but you have to replace your wireless drivers. The card is put into a listening mode so you cannot use the wireless card for anything other than testing.

Yeah I do have some Linux based boot cd's that will attempt to hack wireless
Someone is going to be paid a lot of money to do a penetration test on the managed wireless I will be installing in a week or so, and the results will determine a county wide roll out or not
