In Outlook - do you know how to set it up so that an email from a identified sender is automatically forwarded to other email addresses (i..e. two colleagues). To explain, I get a daily news summary sent to me and I want this email to automatically be forwarded to two other people rather, than me having to manually do it every day.

Cheers

Tools>Rules Wizard

Create a rule to do what you want, i.e where message is from xxx forward a copy to xxx

Depends on the version of Outlook you are running.

In Outlook 2000...

Tools > Options > E-Mail Options

tick "Display A notification when new mail arrives"

This should get you a popup asking if you want to read the new message.

Could use a rule for the large screen notification as well, just set it to execute on anything...

Make sure you choose 'Start from a blank rule' this will give you the forward option then.
