Help - sending mp3 file to phone ???
Help !! trying to transfer an mp3 file to my sons new phone - motorola V3. have linked the phone up via usb cable and loaded up the driver / software , pc can read the phone etc but whenever I try to transfer my wanted mp3 file to any off the phones folders I get the message " Request denied by phone requested entity too large ( 0x4D )
anyone any ideas ?? file is a single song in mp3 file formatt and as I say phone itself is brand new with nothing installed on it as yet so memory still at full capacity.
any advice appreciatted.

you are probably trying to xfer to the internal phone memory rather than the card. There is 'switch storage' option on the phone as I recall....

Okay cheers steve for the reply but just got there after trying for whats seems like hours !! seems I had to convert the mp3 file into another smaller mp3 file formatt with the use off ringtone gold for my phone to recognise it.
