Outlook Express help
#1
I need to know how I can archive my inbox but still be able to access it, any clues?
I keep getting the warning up to say my inbox and subfolders is taking up too much room but I need to be able to look at them whenever I want.
Dave.

Try this -
Highlight the inbox, chouse File - Folder - Compact.
When thats done find the file inbox.dbx. Thats where the data is stored. If you call it archive.dbx, you should be able to view using outlook, provided you create the folder in outlook BEFORE renaming the file. Lastly create a new inbox.dbx, or will outlook do that for you - I'm not sure.
Perhaps someone more techinacal would care to check the above
