now that's spooky as it's Oblivion I'm playing and want to clear the cache to see if i get rid of a couple of bugs!

I did the cache clear thing while playing oblivion, seemed to speed loading times a little - downside of clearing cache is that it wipes all game updates so you'll have to redownload them next time you play another game thats had one - although on the upside, there's no point keeping an update for a game you've long since sold - clearing cache should be seen as some sort of regular maintenance.
