Default Installing Ornage Livebox . . . tips

Looking for some help. decided to go with the orange Broadband as we don't use the computer that much anyway i the evenings.

Tried to install it the other night and it kept coing up with a "problem" God knows what it is, followed the guide. So acan anyone help?

- Windows XP PC, (in the spare room with a phone socket)
- ADSL boxes plugged in to the 2 sockets - Main phone line and box in spare room
- All cables installed into correct plugs
- Wired connection required.

Nothing!

Not 100% on PC, more of a MAC man.

Thanks for any help!

I think you may need to be a bit more specific with the details of said "problem"

Is it your first BB connection and if som has your line been activated yet?

With Orange myself, ring the tech support, they've been quite good when I've rang in the past.

Like I say, ring tech support - I had a similar install prob and the conversation went...

tech > have you got the intall CD?
me > yes
tech > right, well take it out and we'll go into control panel and do it properly...
