Probably pirate copies, couldnt sell it for the money legally, simple as.
Contact us page has a fax number and an email address but no address or phone number. Calls itself eXisoftware 'inc' but has a .co.uk, is it a uk company or an american one? Probably neither, some geek in a bedroom somewhere.
