wany to covert a mp4 to mpeg or avi (for free) anyone know a good program?

Try an app called Super ... converts almost anything to almost anything... free too...

Good luck in downloading that program from their website if you are using firefox.

For a group of people who supposedly have made the worlds best video recorder, all for free, they are not too hot on letting you download it!!
