Sending bulk email....
Not to p!ss people off but the other half runs a dance co and people volutarily sign up to her mailing list.
Over the years its got to 3500 people. However its just in one big Outlook list and a bit of a nightmare as she uses googlemail to send the bulk mail which limits sending to 100 people per email over pop.
Is there any easy way to break that contact list into several distribution lists of 100 people? At the mo she just highlights a load and inserts, then again etc etc etc and it takes ages!
Easiest way I found so far was to export email field to excel and just highlight 100 names and copy into the To: field of the email.
Any brighter ideas - brains not functioning too well lol!!
