As per the title really, I've got the software but vista doesn't seem to be able to run it.
Hope you can help fellas,

I doubt if Photoshop 2 is compatible given that it's probably 10+ years old. Photoshop CS2 works fine under Vista, as does CS3...

One thing you can do is download Microsoft's Virtual Machine (Free), install XP and load Photoshop in there.
That is what I have had to do for some software that dislikes Vista.

Ok so we are getting somewhere
Either burn it to a cd and then install from there, or install winrar 3 and right click the iso and extract it, then install from the extracted folder.
WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files

Sorry, chaps, I've been away for a few days.
Ok, I've downloaded Winrar and extracted the files. Now, when I click on setup everything goes swimmingly until I click INSTALL, at which point nothing happens. I'm clearly thick as pigshat, but please stick with me on this as I would really like this thing up and running.
