Really liked it, some very good effects like being able to call in an Airstrike which was impressive - really made you dive for cover.
Definate buy for me.

26th Oct Tomb Raider Anniversary
9th Nov COD4
16th Nov Assasin's Creed & Mass Effect

Far Cry 2 is also in production...completely seperate game mate.
I just hope both appear on consoles at some point.

Great demo. Awesome graphics, and as always from Activision, a well oiled engine behind it. Runs as smooth as butter on my system at 1680 x 1050 with 4xAA, 8xAF and everything maxed out.
Really great atmosphere and completely mental action scenes, as per the norm from COD games. This looks like it could be a superb title. Looking forward to the full release now.

Yea it is but it won`t be anything like Far Cry. Crysis is the proper Far Cry 2 after a long and heated court battle the people who created Far Cry are using the CryEngine to develop Crysis. Far Cry 2 will be a lame imitation by the people who have only ended up with the name and not the developed CryEngine software etc..

I have got COD 4 on pre-order really enjoyed the Beta testing.
How cool is it that you can kill enemies through the wall. No more ducking behind a wall when you have a good sniper position I tried it and got wasted plenty of times, excellent weapons fast gameplay.
Halo 3 just hasn't cut the mustard for me it's basically a jazzed up Halo 2. That said it is quite addictive online as opposed to the single player format but I'm afraid once COD 4 comes out Halo 3 gets retired.

I loved the beta as well, definite purchase for me as the full game should have some extra stuff that will only serve to add to it.
Sniping was cool as well, especially if you kept moving around and had radar jammers
