These guys are driving me absolutely insane with their pathetic contact forms for issues on their website.
Everytime I need to get in touch with them, I need to go through their poxy knowledge base, then go to a form. They then send me an email to which I cannot reply to.
Anyone have a customer support or tech support number for?

I only supplied the number :-) .... have you tried going the other way round ? Reception > Helpdesk Manager > Analyst

Thanks for your help again all.
I purchased NAV Pro off the internet for Win ME, but litterally a week after I formatted my PC for Win2000 (because everyone knows ME is pants). My version of NAV Pro no longer wants to install because I get an error message saying that this version does not work on this operating system.
All I want is either a patch or a re-download of my appropriate version.
