What you'd like to see Updated on Forza 2?
As above the games great but i'd like to see more tracks on it as i think i've played them all to death, i would have completed the game by now but cant bear to repeat the tracks anymore!

Yup More tracks - But real life tracks please, not made up ones. There are people that design race tracks, and people that design games, and the "made up" tracks in Forza are so jarringly bad, that they should obviously leave track design to the professionals.

Problem with using real tracks is everybody is using the same, i can now race "The Ring" on any game with my eyes shut.
Fantasy tracks would be good if like you say they are well designed.

All of which will be much much much better than anything a game designer could come up with, particularly as Forza vehicles are based on real life vehicles - If you have "fantasy" vehicles then you can design the tracks to suit the racing/cars, but when you are modeling everything to the Nth degree, you almost ruin it when you stick it on some made up twisting rubbish .

Agree on the track, I'm getting a bit tired of driving the same tracks over and over again, plus, why do most of the real tracks have to be variants of the Japanese tracks??
The other I don't like is the way you have to select a region to start with but then in the different race sections (amature, proffessional etc) it basically makes you have to buy another car that you'll only use on that one championship, such as the Golf cup or the Focus shootout etc. Meaning that instead of been able to spend money on developing your favourite or particular car, you've to go and spend it on something else to use once.

i agree Bullitt i think the game should be about YOU and YOUR CAR rather than YOU and your selection of cars! Its too easy to modify your car to the extreme as well this should be a steady progress which also teachs you about tuning your car rather than just going "you can tune your car here, so go for it if you dare"
I love racing my Impreza S204 but it reality there are very little races in the game that i can do before having to buy things like Ferrari's and other supercars which i'm not interested in.
Also small features such as being able to control your horn and headlights would be a great feature cus i'm sick to death of people being ****** on Live when it comes to overtaking!

I think you are being short sighted slightly by being forced to use cars you don't want to. If you could complete the game in the few cars you like its hardly worth having all the others. Surely the aim is to try out most of the cars.
The track I'd like most of all is Brands Hatch. And I definitely think real life tracks are the best. There are plenty that could be done.
And they should give us the classic scoob back like in the first game!

Gran Turismo is far more flexible in that respect, letting the user decide what car he wants to race with rather than the other way around!
Oh and I dont see why they didnt have some of the newer cars in the game also. I mean who wants to drive a MK1 TT? Give me a R8 or something better instead!

More real UK tracks like Oulton Park, Brands etc, some older more mundane cars to tune, MK1 Escorts and other Fords, Opel Manta, 205 GTI, perhaps even Transit vans, now that would be a laugh ! Perhaps create a pc based package to generate car models to be submitted for quality control and then posted on Live for download.
Better damage modeling, its pretty good but it needs to more realistic, would love to see proper damage like happens when you hit a wall flat out.
Weather effects.
I really like Test Drive Unlimited as well, something like that but centered on an area closer to home.
