Default Converting image files (ISO) to DVD playable track?

I have got, what windows tells me, is 'image files' which is actually a 1 large file, its a movie that is 4.3GB big.

I can view it through media player and it works but I want to burn it to DVD so I can watch is on my TV.

I am using Nero and is doesnt recognice the file as a valid video format so I dont want to burn it cause it probably wont read in the DVD player. What do I need to do to be able to convert it so it can be read from a DVD player?

Thanks,

The Hoff
