Default Richard Burns Rally - Computer game/simulation

had it a few days and can now beat Richard Burns's time on the Rally school stage by 2 seconds.. not tried any other stage yet though..

does this mean im good enough to be a rally driver? lol.. i used to race karts in my teens in the british karting championships so i can drive a bit.. but maybe i shud have done rallying instead? lol

lol!!

Just remember that guy who won the PS2 World Rally championship competition.

Ended up driving a Scoob WRC.......... and stuffed it

really?? didnt know that! lol... the problem with games is you dont have the g-forces, feedback, heat exhaustion etc, but what do you expect? lol, and it takes alot more guts do do it in a real car than on a computer too..

have you played richard burns rally?? .. its very good, and very hard, even richard burns says its the most realistic rally game ever.. highly recommend it!

RBR is one of the best sims ever released.
Any true sim fan with a wheel and half decent PC should own a copy

i have heard from mates it is really good but personally not into "PC/consoul games" although some Full size large screen Simulators a very good nowadays.

i picked up a copy last week for about £4 deliverd on ebay


its quite hard to get into, i found it impossible with the DFP wheel on 900 degrees, much easier when switched to 200 degrees mode

very hard to get into, as it takes no prisoners

I love it - have played it since it came out with my Feedback wheel. Reminds me - I must put it on my Plasma!!

I've currently got the 2007 Focus
