Anything decent out there that is relatively easy to use ?

Floorplan 3D is not bad, relatively easy to to use and not that expensive. It also has a trial version (or used to, haven't checked recently).

I tried the google one, but I cant now work out how to switch between 3d and 2d plan LOL, or add objects
