Default Does anyone Support Office in the work place?

Hi ya'll, I'm going after a ICT officer job and one of the skills is office 97 to 03.. Now I've been using office and supporting Word and Outlook for many years but I was wondering if you could help me by providing a basic most asked questions regarding office?

So in your work place, what office questions do you get most and if there is a less obvious answer to them, what is it ?

Cheers for your help!

oh and I'll assume, Word, outlook, excel, maybe power point

How do I ammend the default file template for Excel 2000?
In Outlook 2003, where would I select which folders are including an send/receive when using offline folders?

Blimey, the ones I hear are more like:

I deleted an email by accident, last year sometime, can you get it back for me ?

Can you load these 250 x 250,000 row files into Excel for me ?

My mate sent me an email but I didn't get it, it was only some pictures.

I can't send any mail because my mailbox is oversized I deleted everything from my Inbox but still can't send emails.

Why don't I get a little envelope in the corner of my screen any more ?

Can I have someone else besides the cat on my screen ?

And I don't even support Office

We get "I can't send any mail because my mailbox is oversized and I can't possibly delete any of the 10,000 e-mails in my inbox or the 20,000 in Sent Items" at which point I rummage around at random and find the 6,000 mails her and her mate Karen have exchanged that usually consist of "what sandwich are you having for lunch?"

"Its not working"

Now that is defiantely familair !

I tend to get "the silly email limit is stopping me send this important email with attachment ! I think I should not have a limit as is stopping me working !"

Oh so sending your recent holiday pics to all your friends is work related ?
