Thumbs up Website / Email Hosting

Hi Guys,

Anyone want to reccomend hosting for a website and emails?

Its going to be a smallish website - 15-20 pages max, with a SQL database to run the search function (job type ads) with a single page for each ad.

Will probably need 5 main email accounts plus between 5 and 10 others for routing requests/promotions etc. Need to have web access to email.

I was looking at fasthosts Developer package for £7.99 a month Windows web developer web hosting - Windows website hosting - Fasthosts

Has anyone used them and are they reliable, If not who would you reccomend?

Cheers

Richard

Titan, but probably not the cheapest.

I know you are trying to keep costs down but seriously, if you are starting a business and still want to get it cheaper than £100 a year then are you really serious about it?
I would suggest Titan, whilst I have no experience of them they are run by someone who has a good reputation on here and they sound like they are extremely helpful, worth the extra cost.
I have just taken over a domain with 1and1, arguably one of the cheapest hosts around but it's taken over a week to do the most simple thing and getting hold of anyone to talk to is nigh on impossible.

I use Titan, its run by an ex-Scoob owner. Pricing I think is fair, speed and uptime is high. They're prompt and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I know what your saying - cost is always an issue though but as long as its justified that's fine. Looks like around £200 so that's not bad.

Any features/options I should be particularly looking for?

Another vote for Titan. Have had my domain and hosting with them for about six years and the support and service is excellent.

I've used Web Hosting, Dedicated Hosting and Web Design from Aplus.Net in the US for a few years.
Never had any downtime & support is great.
Shared hosting starts at about $5.00 p/m & includes MySQL d/b.
