Outlook copying in random contacts...
Morning,
I have had a wierd Outlook problem over the last couple of days with a single user running Windows XP SP2. We are all using Outlook 2003 on Exchange as part of an SBS 2003 network and there are roughly 35 users.
He has sent two e-mails on different days (that we are aware of) where random contacts from his address book have been cc'd in, apparently after the e-mail was sent. The user swears blind he never copied the person in, and I believe him as the second of the two e-mails was confidential and went to someone it shouldnt have.
Has anyone else ever come across this and if so what was the cause? I have made sure his PC is patched with all the latest windows releases and a viruscan using Viruscan Enterprise (fully updated with the latest DATs) pulled nothing up either.
Cheers,
Graham

Anyone got any ideas on this?
I have created a new profile for the user concerned but beyond that I am at a loss as to what could be creating the problem.
