Default Help needed with blocked email?

I have a friend who I have regularly sent and received emails from. For the past four weeks around 90% of my emails have been returned as undeliverable. She believes she has made no changes at her end and is confident most of her emails are getting through. I have attached the error text. My confusion is that <postmaster> is not an address so how do I resolve this?

All help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Rannoch

To me that says your email address or your domain has been blacklisted by your friends email host.

I think the message would be different if it was Orange's servers fault.

You could ask her mail host here.

I forgot to say I get the same result if I use Orange or my BTInternet SMTP so I don't think the fault is at my end.

I will follow your advice H - still confused as to why they would suddenly blacklist me - it is my business domain and I have never (knowingly) had any issues over it.

Cheers,

R

Oops Try this one.

Try changing your reply-to/senders address.
