Default about to buy a Mesh PC, please suggest other options!!!!

looking at buying this...MESH Computers - Award Winning PCs Since 1987
i like the idea of a 3yr warranty, plus it seems to be a good spec......BUT

i had a Mesh pc several years ago, and it had to be returned due to a motherboard failure, which was covered under warranty, but they sent me a letter to say the outer case had been damaged in transit and would have to be replaced at a cost of £100, and they had thrown out the packaging that i had sent it in and therefore i could not claim from parcelforce at the time.
Also, through scoobynet i found this site.... Reviews on Mesh Computers Look at tests, reports and read reviews: dooyoo.co.uk
not very complimentary

I really like the spec of the mesh, but i really really dont like the sound of poor reliability and then poor customer services,
so can anyone suggest an equally specced system with a 3 yr warranty for similar money?

I have a mesh and wouldn't buy another. The DVD writer won't burn DVD's properly and is incredibly picky about what it burns onto. I've given up using it and just use my old PC.

The support is laughable - the phoneline is constantly engaged and the online support is poor - 3 days to get a reply, which might just be one or two words or a reply with a question (which then takes 3 days to reply to!)

Would strongly suggest you look elsewhere - I'm going to Apple for my next purchase!
