You're meant to be able to log-in via their web portal, but I switched from Pipex to Sky last September and have given up trying. It's never worked.
I just use my googlemail account.

It's the website your internet explorer should default to if you used their setup CD.

I've had trouble logging in to my Sky email too.

It never seemed to log me in, the little bar at the bottom just went round and round.

However i found that if you try to log in and leave it for a couple of minutes "trying" to log-in, then refresh and leave all the boxes blank and press log-in again, it would log me in ok.

I don't bother using it though, just stuck with my yahoo email address and linked that to my MS outlook.
