File permissions
What permissions should I give folders on my webspace so that people can view the pictures but cannot look at the entire contents of the folders?
Are then any standard permissions rules that i should be using?
regards
Stu

I have a very basic understanding of HTMl and CSS but I'd create a blank index page if it were me and place it in the folder.
This was no one can see any pictures unless they know the exact path to it.

redirect to a valid page and disallow directory listing.
"Are then any standard permissions rules that i should be using?"
"$ chmod 744 *mypr0n*.jpg" or somethign of that order depending on what you need to do ....
