hi folks

paranoia is eating away at me. i have reset my spyware software to detect everything.

it keeps finding "tracking cookies".

are these dangerous? do i need to block them?

On the hole no they keep track of the sites you go to and keep you logged in

i was more concerned that the names associated with the cookies dont correspond to any websites i visited

Run a program called crapcleaner(or C Cleaner) its found on google. its free gets right of all history and cookies that are surplus to requirments. you will be suprised what stuff this drags up and bins.

You will never get rid for long thats the problem. Each time you clean then visit another website, the cycle starts again.

Just make sure you clean regularly. Like your teeth
