anyone handy with photoshop? or similar?
Hey
right; I've currently got an image which is a 24 bit Bitmap image which i've created on paint, is there any way or anyone that can convert the image so that it is saved as a oblong image, not as a rectangle which paint seems to do?
its a bit hard to describe but anyhelp would be most appriciated!
what i need to do is get rid of the green area and leave the logo.
cheers in advance

to get rid of the green area, use the magic eraser tool, and click in the green area. But make sure you tick 'Contiguous' in the top bar, or it'll rease ALL of the green in that logo.
And as far as I know, an oblong and a rectangle are the same thing
Do you mean an oval?
An image will always be a quadrilateral, but with some file types you can have the unwanted bit transparent (.gif, later replaced by .png. and .tiff also allows transparrency)
