yep this is an easy one to resolve, search your PC for this dll, there will probably be about 3 or 4 instances of it in various places, find the one that is in the software package of your ISP software and rename the dll to psapl.dll.orig or summat like that, then the right psapl.dll file will be picked up when you next reboot.

if you send me the error message I may be able to help you narrow down your search.

it is one of the ones in program files ntl broadband that will be your problem, not sure why there are 3 in there, the ones in system32 are correct, maybe you should rename the ones in the ntl directory and see what happens.

Have you got (or have you had) NTLs Broadband Medic installed???

Think it's part of that too, I did have it installed then uninstalled it but got the same error message when I upgraded to IE7.

I renamed the ones in the NTL folders and haven't had the message back since.

Ady.
