Can you convert Flatscreen PC monitor into TV?
I have a unused 15" flat screen PC Monitor and I was wondering is there something I could buy that would turn it into a TV, the actual PC no longer works so that cant be used.

One day I went to turn it on, it powered up, but nothing appeared on the screen, no sound from the unit using the hard drive, the fan just stayed on as did the green light on the front...............so if its possible it needs to be a little external TV tuner and ariel that I could just plug into the monitor.

here's a scart vga converter, so you can use it with a dvd player/console
