DVD writing software recommendations please
i have a windows media centre machine at home (cat5e all round the house and the network is expanding!!). as part of what i'm doing tech-wise, i would like to be able to remove some of the tv programmes i have recorded from my hard drive and put them onto dvd rather than cluttering up the drive. i would also like to edit and burn some old family videos/cine film etc onto dvd for storage - can anyone recommend an "idiot proof" (or almost idiot proof 
) dvd writing software package please?
i have nero (i think it's nero anyway) and a dvd writer, but would like to edit and burn into a "usual" dvd format rather than the media centre "usual" format.
any advice would be appreciated - i know you're a knowledgeable bunch in here!
