Orange broadband on go slow

Orange broadband on go slow
Has anyone on orange broadband got a problem in the evening with connection going slow and dropping the connection every 20 seconds .
Have a 1 meg connection ( meant to be !) but in the evening now slows to .1 instead of .9mbp . Was fine when wannado , but about a month after they changed to orange started getting speed problems in evening . Have run adware removal software etc , and done all the stuff the tech help said , have been told by them that they are sending me a livebox and upgraded me to max adsl ( max speed on my line 1.5 mb ) which should sort it out but i cant see it . I've a belkin asdl modem and wireless router that has been fine for the last year . Help
