psp 2.71 downgrader anybody done this ??

Default psp 2.71 downgrader anybody done this ??

been reading the stories

anybody done this or have the stuff required

I downgraded mine from 2.5. The new downgrader looks pretty simple: http://www.psp-hacks.com/2006/09/01/...ader-released/

Also downgraded a friends 2.5 last week.Worked fine without a problem. From what I've read so far on PS2NFO re downgrading 2.71 machines the success rate is high although there's still the odd person who bricks their machine namely cos they try and downgrade a TA-082 board!
Once you've downgraded get a copy of Devhook 0.46 and install that onto your memorystick (There's a program available now that does the installation for you - The one I used was called DevHook v0.46 Ultimate Installer v1.1.1)
