Is it just me who thinks this game is totally sh*t. The cars feel so unrealistic to drive and they look like they arn't even on the track. IMHO people only think this game is good because they is nothing else driving wise available on the 360. Am i right or do you think otherwise ?

it's an arcade racer , it's not trying to be GT4 (understeer from hell) I think they made the cars too twitchy for online racing because it's too easy to wipe someone out.

You might want to try Burnout Revenge

PGR + Traffic + Road Rage = Burnout. Quality game. Much more fun online.

PGR3 gets very boring after a while. Plus I hate being ranked by how much I **** about with the handbrake rather than by how fast I am.

Well I had my first go on a friends xbox 360 last night and played PGR3. It was *ok* certianly nothing out of the ordinary, I guess it needs to be on a big HDTV to get the best out of the visual aspect. And Im sure playing on live opens it up alot but I couldnt help feeling that it just wasnt much of a step forward from Toca 3 which Im playing on my PS2 at the mo (and which I think is better than GT4 as wel).

PGR 3 was a launch title so dont expect big things, Forza 2 on the otherhand is 12months on so should be good, and yes a HDTV makes an unbelievable amount of difference.

I got bored of pgr3 within a week. There are much better games out there. Forza 2 is looking very promising

I think PG3's good, some of the challenges are different ends of the scale, some easy-ish, and some are controller launching hard.


Problem is on line there are people who are just unaturally fast

The only thing platinum did for me was turn my credits negative. This stops me from running any of the newer cars on live career because I can't buy them and put them in the garage.

Just carry on playing, you will soon get loads of credit. It starts giving away insane amount of credit for winning and that negative bug will soon be a distant memory
