Default Rebooting server from another node

I need to reboot a clustered server(001) I cannot RDP on to it as its hung, normally i would use iLO and cold boot it but the password has not been configured so I cannot use iLO. Can I reboot it from node 2(002) using a dos prompt. Just been asked and do not know the answer. If so anyone know the steps.

Cheers

yes you can

use the shutdown command from c:\windows\system32

if you use shutdown /i it brings up the gui window which is easier to use
