Anyone have any good sites with free scripts and stuff to help with building a website ? Javascript, menus, buttons, forms that kind of thing.

Which ever way you look at them they arent good.

Especially if you want the search engines to look at your site.

Use CSS to structure your site. Failing that, even tables would be better than frames.
