Tiscalli Broadband disconnection?
Been using Tiscalli broadband for a week now and I keep getting disconnected.
Is there anybody else having the same problem as I cant get through to Support?

usually theyve got good support usually get through straight away aswell, most probably theres somthing wrong with the b.t line 9 out 10 times its the lines fault, also chech you have a micro filter at each phone socket

they will tell you to try plugging into your main socket with extns dissed off (just to prove that extns are not causing the problem ) if you are a long way from exchange any extra wiring will just add to your problem

As above - make sure you've tried connecting to the main BT socket with nothing connected to any other extension socket. Try more than one microfilter. And ensure the problem happens with the modem they supplied you whether you normally use this or not. This way you can short circuit the first support call because they will ask you all this.
