Hello

Bandwidth costs the ISPs astronomical amounts of money and the only way that one can sustain you is by having lots of 'low use' customers. AOL are a good example of that. I would imagine even they will introduce caps at some stage.

Nildram arn't too bad if you download so much as their caps are only during peak hours, so you can schedule your serious downloads in the evenings.

What on earth do you download for 120gb/month?

How are they scum? how pathetic, grow up. They have a 40gb limit and you trebled it! I think they do £1 per gb over, so that's £80 you should have been charged, if your lucky they'll waive it this month.

Go for an 'unlimited' one if you want a product that allows you to dl 120gb a month. However, be aware that many 'unlimited' packages are subject to 'fair usage policy' so you'd still have the same problem. At least BT are honest about the limit, many 'unlimited' ones hide their unofficial limit behind their fair use policy. Long and short is do your homework when moving isp and you may find a proper unlimited one. Let us know when you do find one though as it'd be interesting to know if there really are unlimited ones out there for home users.
