High-quality slide scanner
I would like to know what is out there in this field.
We already have a slide scanner, a HP Scanjet 7400c, and it is crap and very very slow. I am running it through the usb 2 port.
My dad and I take 35mm slides on good SLR cameras and we would like to scan in a select few when we need to.
We don't want to spend mega bucks, something no more than £300.

The leaders in the market were Nikon with the Coolscan range and Minolta but that was a little while back.
If you drop me an email at allan.bayman@macwarehouse.co.uk letting me know what you are running it from, what OS, and what connectivity you need I'll see what I can do for you.
