O2 Nationwide GPRS Outage Today?
Anyone suffer this outage from about 14:30 - 17:30 ?? How did it affect you?
100 couriers on GPRS who both send GPS positions every few seconds + receive job instructions and send status updates for approx 350 individual bookings in this time period.
All had to be done via phone and on the fly
No real account client drama but there were some delayed credit card jobs!!
