AutoDesk dont do a version of AutoCAD for the Mac.
I work on CAD all day long and I've been looking to swap over to the Mac and did some rummaging around for CAD programs for OSX - the choices are limited.
There is a trial version of TurboCAD you can get from Apple's site - I wouldn't even class it as a CAD program, its just a drawing program. There's also Vectorworks which isnt much better. It takes ages to do things in these packages that AutoCAD can do with one command.
I came to the conclusion its either AutoCAD running on something like Virtual PC or stick to a PC for CAD and use the Mac for everything else.

I've not tried it myself, so I've no idea how it compares to autocad etc, but for an alternative why not get yourself the OSX version of Lightwave, and combine that with LWCAD?
