The time has come round to change the mobie, but which one.

I currently have a K750i.

I was tempted by the Motorola V3x, but after playing around with the wifes V3 and V3i, was turned way off by the menu system.

So what do I go for.

I'd like the spec of the K750i but a larger screen.

What do you want the phone for? Most phones will do calls, texts, calendars etc. just pick one that has a menu that's easy for you and that feels right.

If you want something a bit more advanced then get a smartphone so you can do e-mail, internet explorer etc.

I just got an O2 XDA mini S (with the slide out keyboard). For free on a £30/mnth tariff from mobileshop.co.uk. It's a Windows Mobile 5 PDA with all the gubbins. Little larger than a normal phone but has camera, email, word, excel, proper browser, etc. Lovely. With a 1GB mini SD card its an MP3 player as well.

Or wait for the spv600 or whatever on orange, basically a mini xda s but without the keyboard, much nicer imho

or get a mini xda without the keyboatd- i use an imate jam for work - superb if you need an ipaq/phone commbo

Second that bit tricky to get used to but excellent phone thats supports some great programs, Have managed to get the the snes.genesis,and gameboy emulators on there as well

oh yeah one thing you may want to upgrade the mini sd card though, mine came with a poxy 32 meg card got a 512 meg off ebay
