PSP Video - Best program?
Just got myself a PSP 
I have loads of vids in various different formats that I want to play on the PSP.
I have psp video 9 but not very impressed as it runs like a dog on my pc and has lip sync issues.
Are there any better apps for doing this, dont mind paying for it if it works well.
Also whats the difference between SP and AVC formats? anyone know...

try nero 7
once installed use nero re-code
it encodes any format to mpeg 4 and does a good job
nice and easy to.
