Default Anyway to burn to CD/DVD through XP?

I.e without Nero or similar? Just some word files etc. Want to sort my brother out but would rather not run through downloading, installing, using nero etc if I have to

Simon.

Should be stuff built into XP. Open your My Computer (or whatever you may have renamed it to), right click on your CD/DVD writer and select properties.
Select the Recording tab and make sure 'Enable recording on this drive' is checked.

When you put a blank CD/DVD in, you should be able to drag and drop files to it and then be able to burn them from within the OS.
