as title when i'm on some internet sites i cant read the bloody writing as it's that small anyone know why this is

Press Ctrl+ (that's the Ctrl button and the + sign button at the same time, Ctrl and - to make smaller)

The top of the screen on the web page your on theres File Edit ( View ) this is the one you want then scroll down to text size then increase it hope that helps bud.
